Il a rencontré Mei lors d'un séjour à l'hôpital psychiatrique quand il était en dépression. C'est Benio (une fillette qui vient du même orphelinat que lui et qui a des troubles plus sévère) qui lui a présenté Mei d'ailleurs. Au début un peu en retrait voir réticent à tout contact humain inconnu, il a finit par s'y faire. Il a encore du mal à se faire aux troubles d'identité de la jeune fille mais s'y est plus ou moins habitué puis ensemble, ils ont vu Benio partir... Lié par Benio, il voit Mei de la même façon. Comme une petite sœur.

Elle se croit belle et forte alors qu'elle est faible et stupide. Tu l'as appris à tes dépends. Ton amour et ta haine lui appartiennent. Elle tient ton âme au creux de ses mains et toi tu fuis. Lâche mais combatif, tu lui fais comprendre que c'est bel et bien fini malgré ton cœur qui refuse de l'abandonner. Que de sentiments contradictoire à son égard. Tu l'aimes autant que tu la hais.
